Relaxing room, as well as approaching and lovely staff with prompt service. Excellent views over the marina all around. Great and brilliant location, near Aotea Centre. Set close to a tower and a theater.

Had to keep windows closed for street noise and room was permanently stuffy. Internet LAN system in the room was not operational during our stay.

Comfortable and clean. Staff polite and very helpful. Convenient location.
During our second stay we couldn't get the airconditioner to work. We had to open the window for fresh air. The ironing board was broken. I'm not complaining just letting you know. Also just a heads up some of the cleaning staff require deodorant.
